Topics covered in this workshop will include Meal Patterns, Menu Planning, Crediting of Food, Production Records, Offer vs. Serve, Food Safety/HACCP, and Procurement Process. Lunch will not be provided. This training is highly recommended.

Handouts will be given out at the training. The Child Nutrition Manual for Schools FY2025 Cafeteria Managers' Section will not be printed, however an electronic copy that can be printed or saved to your computer will be available after July 1, 2024 in CARS under Other Documents or on the OSDE Website under Nutrition Documents. It is highly recommended that you bring a copy (electronic or paper) of the Cafeteria Managers’ Section. If you would like to take notes please bring something to write with.
